Hacking Nintendo's E3 presentation was such a let down, so glad I ordered the SX Pro!

So 5 minutes of new games and 30 minutes of Smash Bros.?!?!?!?! WTF was that all about? "Lets introduce you to every character...... now, lets introduce you to every characters special ability........... now, lets introduce you to every characters wardrobe........ now, lets introduce you to every characters facial expression............. now, lets introduce you to every stage.............. now, lets introduce you to every characters sound effect." It's a repeat of MK8.

OMGZ.......... RIDLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111 No Yoshi game? Showing games that aren't due until Spring of 2019?!? Such a complete waste of time.

If you're in it just for the piracy, and have a SX Pro on the way, I don't see a single reason to hold off on updating. Newer games will require higher firmware versions and there wasn't a single, KILLER eShop title announced and as always, the only games coming to the Switch worth a sh*t are 1st party games. First party games will be on cartridges which will be dumped so update away! Get that SDXC update and prepare yourself.

Emunand this, emunand that............ for what? The way everyone talks about how eShop titles are super hard core locked down and impossible to hack, what good is emunand going to do you (AS FAR AS PIRACY IS CONCERNED!)? I know T-X dumped an eShop title but I read conflicting reports that either (A) There was a physical release of the same game so it wasn't exclusive to eShop and (B) Without a SX Pro to test it with, nobody is sure that this game will even be playable. Yeah, it was dumped, but will it work? (If it was an eShop dump.)

T-X said they could add emunand in the future so if enough people cry for it, I'm sure it will get released.

people don't whatch directs all the year, if they wanted to attract new people to buy the switch e3 stage was the right place, they wasted it. More people buying the switch, more market for developers, more 3rd party titles. We all get hurt by the dumb choices nintendo makes, and constant lack of real 3rd party support is the major result.

That's not the point, majority of people are complaining about the shitty nintendo e3, this is not about them not satisfying my tastes, this is about them satisfying the tastes of only a niche of people with smash. If they wanted to do a game tutorial they could have made a separate direct or youtube video, no reason to waste e3 space like this.

We literally got a great amount of third party high quality titles. DBFighterz, Fortnite, Daemon X Machina, a third party (looking to be) exclusive, project octopath, shin megami tensei, megaman, ect. Switch is going to be alright.

No they don't, not everyone is a nintendo fan, not everyone knows when directs happen(i myself own a switch and don't even know when they happen). People tune in for big events like e3 even if they donkt know a console just to see what it has to offer, that's the moment to attract them.


Also, no they haven't show enough if a lot of people are complaining and not only here. The pesentation has been lackluster and filled with "indie" quality games like overcoocked 2 and hallow knight, which are both good, but you can't seriously get people hyped with those games.

This thread is quite actually just a plug for SX pro. "Don't like what Nintendo brought to E3? Just buy the SX pro and pirate all of it! You know, because that actually hurts them!". We got shown so much this year, and people are now holding Nintendo up to the standards of their last E3. Sure I was bummed about no MP4 stuff, but I saw so much of smash. I get that not everybody is all for smash, but I am not for RPGs at all, and am I yelling about it?

I can assure you that Nintendo would rather wait to showcase an impressive game completely and listen to a few complaints rather than show a half-done game and have everybody complain about it

To be honest i REALLY thought nintendo was gonna kill it this year. Knock it out of the park, but IMO it was probably the worst one this year. Xbox & Sony really killeld it this time around! Especially Xbox this year.
I was really hoping for Bayonetta 3 & Metroid prime 4 but nothing of interest was really shown. Smash 4.5 & a couple other things.

Smash is one game while RPGs a broad genre so I would say there is a giant difference right there.

Piracy won't help them better games either so this is a rather limited discussion.

I don't own an xbox nor a playstation, still i can say both did a great job, xbox in quantity and giving various choices for everyone tastes, sony is killing it with exclusives.

You can't seriously compare the abortion nintendo put off this year to what the other two competitors have showed.
