It seems what Nintendo did isn't allowed tho. They banned his console that wasn't hacked because he hacked another console and they used his Nintendo ID to trace the console wich wasn't hacked to also ban that. It is fair to ban a hacked console but to ban an unhacked console is typical Nintendo being above the law again.

Then tell me please how they can ban an unhacked console because he hacked another console by tracing his account to multiple units and banning them all because of what he did on another console ? How do that gives them to right to ban an unhacked console ?

Did you make any hacks then or did you just use hacks made by others ? Find it funny that everybody is saying US like everybody on Gbatemp are hackers themselves while they just use hacks made by other people. Using hacks by other people doesn't magically make you a hacker

Not really. The users there are but not the news staff. The news staff actually links gbatemp as news source whereas gbatemp made it a policy to not link to nintendolife for whatever silly reason.

I don’t know. Maybe you were taught news reporting that way, but I was taught to always post the actual source for your news and the original source at the same time. Like, “Source, via bla bla” or something. It’s about giving credit to your actual source and don’t just leech off of them. That way other sites will respect you and do the same for you (they can see where their backlinks are coming from).
