Hacking E3 card reader - would this be viable

I have an E3 card reader I used on my ps3 way back in the day.

I wonder if this could be programmed to run a payload.

Just an idea. I'm in no way competent enough to even to know where to start.

Absolutely 100% impossible.
Why would you say 100% impossible.

It is not just a standard micro sd card reader.

It can be programmed to run code independently as it has a processor.

This is the reason why it was able to fix a soft bricked ps3 on cfw as well as downgraded certain ones

There's a lot more to it than just "sending code".
