I can't seem to change my Avatar.

I decided to log into GBATemp again today after not logging in for a while, and so I figured I would try to change my avatar.
When I upload a new avatar though, it says it uploaded successfully, but nothing changes.

Just refresh your cache.

I've tried refreshing my cache a few times already. But I guess I'll wait, since not even the preview when changing my avatar did anything.

It's different from the one I remember you having last.
Sometimes it requires restarting the browser as well

Try logging in with a different machine (like your phone) to see if the change is registered.

Yeah...I've noticed the same issue. Click the "delete current avatar" box, then confirm and delete the original avatar.

then go back in and change it.

It's weird and finnicky, but i changed mine yesterday.

Yeah, the temp's avatar system is a bit... weird.
To change my avatar sometimes I have to spend 5 minutes and somedays even 30 minutes

If I remember things right the server is intentionally configured this way so that a cache can be used to serve most content that doesn't update often.
