It is the dump_bis.js
You just have to edit it, so it "downloads" whole NAND (RawNand) and not only some partitions.

Remember to DISALBLE ANY KIND OF screensaver/power saving modes on Linux machine and to DISABLE the same stuff on Switch otherwise the dump may stop/hang during the (quite long) process.

I'm not able to dump the eMMC to my SD, I've got a Samsung EVO+ 128gb. Tried formatting it using MiniTool Partition Wizard to FAT32 using the full size as well as just creating one 4gb partition. In both cases Hekate won't dump. Any ideas?

Thanks

tried but no success...if you forked the script to be a full nand dump would you mind sharing it with us ?
How do you run it? What error does it give you? You should be able to just simply run it from the pegaswitch in any form.
(And I don't have it forked, because you just edit 4 slashes to get a full dump.)

Any chance for exFat? Still can't get my Samsung 128gb to run, no matter how big/small or in which type i format it
