How did aluminium paper get stuck in there in the first place?
Anyway, try using a small flat-tipped screwdriver (such as a glasses or watch screwdriver) and gently insert it, being careful not to hit any joy-con pins.
Try to pry it out very gently, being mindful of any surrounding components.
