Since literally everything got released (or leaked) to the public, is now a >3.0.0 fw compatible hbl possible?
Sounds "not too hard"Theoretically the exploit published by @TuxSH should work on any firmware below 5.0.0. You'd just need some entrypoint to trigger it.
(Correct me if I'm wrong)
When you code it.OP said:homebrew launcher for >3.0.0 When?
oh wait. I sat it as lower (<)on firmware 1.0.0 and up to 3.0.0.
We've got a fun guy here! Please turn off your internet connectionWhen you code it.
No problemoh wait. I sat it as lower (<)
Nah but in all honesty, I believe >3.0.0 HBL hasn't been made because the exploit to run code from in those firmwares isn't public yet (unless I'm missing something). We've got a fun guy here! Please turn off your internet connection
From my understanding HBL will be a 3.0.0 (and 2.1.0 apparently.. ) thing only. Once CFWs are released those will be the desired payloads/responsible for launching userspace .nros ("Apps") on different (nand) firmware versions.Once the exploit is public, people could port HBL to those firmwares
System settings -> System -> Automatic Software Updates OffStaying on v5.0.2. Anyone know how to stop automatic updates?
