Since literally everything got released (or leaked) to the public, is now a >3.0.0 fw compatible hbl possible?

Beginning of June.

Yesterdays "early release" means that the projects might be accelerated a little. Planned release for Atmosphere was mid June, apparently.

Then give them the usual 2-8 weeks of delay that can happen, and we are back to "summer". ;)

Yesterdays release mainly meant, that developers got a few weeks earlier access to the toolchain, and the system. So the launch lineup could be "stronger". :)

Because it was so exciting.. ;)

If someone comes up with an earlier version of just a HBL "varient"/"equivalent" maybe sooner, but probably not. :)

Nah but in all honesty, I believe >3.0.0 HBL hasn't been made because the exploit to run code from in those firmwares isn't public yet (unless I'm missing something).
Once the exploit is public, people could port HBL to those firmwares

From my understanding HBL will be a 3.0.0 (and 2.1.0 apparently.. ;) ) thing only. Once CFWs are released those will be the desired payloads/responsible for launching userspace .nros ("Apps") on different (nand) firmware versions.
