ROM Hack Need help installing a custom theme...

So, I'm making a custom HOME menu theme, and have successfully converted an MP3 file to a .BCSTM file. However, I have no idea how to add it in, or how to customize the bottom screen or any of the icons! Help!

Haven't made a custom theme in a while, but I used this program I think. Is this what you're using?

yes. I used that to get the bottom screen to work, but the rest of the theme is the standard one.
