Hi, first of all thanks for your great efforts, I just wanna ask if TWLoader update comes up with the ar codes enabled?? Like can we add the codes directly thru the 3DS or shall we continue to use the PC method??

I haven't worked on cheat support, so yeah, continue using the PC method.

I could use some help. I'm trying to add roms from my R4i Gold 3ds Plus (The one with the ntrboot switch). I can't seem to figure out the combination of files to add to my Micro SD Card on my 3ds/Flashcart.
From a blank Micro SD card, except roms, what do I add to the card? What TWLoader stuff needs to be on my 3ds SD card? So far, I've tried a lot of different combinations, but none of them work. The "best" results of got involve seeing a blank white screen when loading the add games menu, and the menus being black only showing icons without text if I load the card normally. I have been able to load roms normally from SD card with TWLoader and I am able to use my flashcart normally with the normal kernel files. I'm also using the 3dsx version 6.6.3 on n3ds 11.6. If you know what's wrong and could me that would be great! Thanks!

Try the R4i Gold RTS pack, and use the "for Slot-1 microSD (R4iDSN, R4i Gold RTS - Forwarder CIAs only)" folder. I heard the TWLoader folder doesn't work.
If the folder you tried doesn't work, then try the TWLoader folder.

I was finally able to get it to work by using the "for Slot-1 microSD (R4iDSN, R4i Gold RTS - Forwarder CIAs and TWLoader)" folder and then adding the "flashcardsdroot (all)". However, trying to use the flashcart normally doesn't work anymore. Is there a way to restore the normal functionality while still being able to use it with TWLoader?
 
Sonic colors (USA) does work! I used it with my EUR copy sonic rush inside the cartridge slot and the game works fine with MKDS as a donor rom.
P.S

The game just needs a cart with the same save chip for saving, which is what your Sonic Rush cart had.
Also, Sonic Colors does not use a donor ROM, and instead uses a donor cart (which is what you used), as Sonic Colors is an SDK5 game.
And sleep mode/HOME button press doesn't freeze the game for me.

I think I found an error in the R4i Gold pack. The themes in __rpg and _wfwd are reversed. The void theme is used in _wfwd and the gbatemp theme is used in __rpg. It should be the other way around. That's why you see the gbatemp theme load and then only seeing the icons with everything else being black when you boot the flashcart out of TWLoader. I'd assume the void theme would load (which looks like nothing) and then the normal theme would in normal flashcart use while still allowing it to work with TWLoader. I've tested this myself and it does fix the problem.
 
Fire Emblem 12 with an English patch works wonderfully! There is some stuttering when you start the game up but as you play it the stuttering becomes less frequent. The only problem is the glitched graphics with weapons. The weapon sprites are all glitched out and I was wondering of there was any way of improving performance. If not then it's fine since it isn't as if the game is unplayable.
 
the portal (I think that's how it is said) stays on the screen of the waves (or loading I do not know) any way to solve?

I've only played Chrono Trigger at the beginning.

That's an antipiracy feature. Have you tried applying an AP patch, then the translation?
