There was some crap like that 4 3DS too LOL, it's pointless... YouTube app is more practical, I wouldn't waste my switch battery to watch a movie that I could watch in my 4k TV and 5.1 THX certified speakers better than going to the cinema

I'm having the exact same issue with the program, but when I sign the image manually, it loads fine.

As I said before, there's a bug in Switch fs and when a file has the archive bit, it does not load it.
The exe creates the folders correctly but it enables the archive bit on the image.

The solution is to right click the SD folder and Properties->Advanced-> Tick "Folder is ready for archiving. Apply changes to folder and subfolders/files.
Then go to advanced again and untick it. Apply and you are done.

Better do this after you copied them at the SD card, by applying it at the Nintendo folder. This can fix any other album or game update problem.

Btw, depending on the firmware someone is on (I don't know if they fixed that bug),
you may need to clear the "Archive bit" attribute after copying the file to the SD card. When it's on, the switch rejects these files.

It's the problem that many have when they upgrade their sd card and the switch shows corrupted sd card or when nothing shows up in switch.

The only problem is that you need a tool or a script to clear it.

Can't get it to work, tried to manually provide key or via .bin
I tried small & big resolution.
With both .py and .exe but no go but no prob

Not show up. The same files works on 3.0.0 tho.
