I found a similar tool for macOS and did some comparisons with the EXIF headers.

The hex diff shows that the pexif module might have problem with the endianness or it's due to the auto object typing by Python, some value generated by Python seems to be long instead of short like what Nintendo used.

Still, they all work, just a little heads up.

Huh. I don't have a mac to test, so can I have one pic converted with my tool, and the same one, but converted with this one?

I don't really see the need for a GUI. You just need the correct files, and if you double-click on the exe, every image will be converted automatically.

Thanks for the tool! I was wondering why the key was invalid. Turns out you have to craft the bin with HxD. You should state that in the OP.

If something like this lead to a comic book/manga reader on Switch it would be awesome.
you can now! is has to be vertical images. take the joycons off put your switch in vertical and browse your downloaded pages. Although you need to slide up and down, no biggie :D

Could this be used for an userland exploit ? Much like the PSP's ChickHEN which exploited TGA parsing in the console.
