Now you can use the original windows file manager on windows 10. It's weird how good windows backwards compatibility is most of the time.

That said I do miss good old winfile/file manager from time to time. All these stupid thumbnails and pointless data/fluff getting in the way of everyday operations since explorer took over.

you can use the list view at any time, and snap two windows side by side...

I do end up doing things like that a lot (albeit never with snap features as they annoy me), I mainly just miss not having it there by default.

i still use Total Commander since the windows 3.x days (then it was Windows Commander)
