Homebrew Confused about New 3DS XL Hacking

Hello, so I've gotten very confused about the process of hacking my New 3DS Xl. On 3DS hacks guide for New 3DS It says for my version 11.6.0 I have to use the method boot9strap (DsiWare) , but I seen that other people said they used NTRBoot. I don't see NTRBoot boot listed as a method (Or maybe i'm just blind?) So am I able to do this safely? Or was it meant for the old 3DS XL? Sorry for Noob question!!

Below 11.6.0 it says "ALL VERSIONS" for ntrboot or hardmod.

You can use ntrboot. It's fine.

Just follow the all versions method. Either you need a flash cart or the seedminer method with a hack able game
