Question What do you need to do to post links?

What are the requirements to be able to post links in the forum? if its different for diff sections then i'm mainly interested in 3ds flashcards and custom firmwares.

Last I checked, just copy and pasting a url. If you want to be fancy, you can put a hyperlink inside of text like this.

Sure , and It is not allowed to send a large number of links at the same time.

The 10 post requirement is done to prevent spambots from spamming links everywhere.
Same goes for the PMing of others when having <10 posts.
