Hello everybody,

Before I update to Enso Henkaku 3.65, I have a question about MaiDump/Vitamin dumps behavior because I often use them for game modding.
1 - Do the dumps work fine on Henkaku 3.65 or would they be broken?
2 - Do the dumper themselves still work?
3 - Could the dumper be used to dump games requiring 3.65?

Thank you for your answers.

Good hacking!

In theory, all previous dumps should work on 3.65 Ensö CFW.

All apps MUST be updated to support 3.65/3.67 firmware, or they will not work at all.

What?...

Most apps are working on 3.65 but rex tools or special apps that mess with your system.

Really? I got C1-2738-0 Error Code if I want to dump Undertale. I'm using Vitamin 2.0 on Enso 3.65
Homebrews (or at least portions of them) that run as another application, like Vitamin/Mai/Savemgr do not work on commercial apps as-is on 3.63+, since in those versions it's prohibited to run an encrypted game with a non-encrypted "update"

The RePatch plugin may have solved the issue (not sure), but still those homebrews would need updating to use the separate folder RePatch uses for decrypted updates

I don't really know if this help to dump the game (it requires 3.60+). Maybe the decryption thing must be ported to 3.65. RePatch only is for modding eboots but not to help to dump the game and play it on a second vita^^

Maybe its to early to search about it

If the game can run (unmodified), the decryption already happened (in fact that's the exact reason those homebrews work by temporarily replacing the game's executable), that's not the problem

I downloaded the game from the PSN and I can play it.

If I use the Repatch plugin, I can safely use Vitamin or MaiDumper to Dump the game?

Or am I wrong?

"Safely": well, no risk in the first place
The current version of those homebrews won't be able to take advantage of RePatch (whether or not it works for this purpose), since they must be modified to use a different work folder
