Misc 001-0102 again but why ?

Today I was banned again, I don't know why. On my 3ds I have hidden my app icon in the friend list and I have set no in both spotpass setting.
I forgot something ?
Im on luma latest version fastboot3ds 11.6E
Using private local friend code seed b

Probably your public seed got banned if you were using one. Also, what you are playing on the friend list does NOT affect whether Ninty sees it or not, just prevents FRIENDS from seeing it, it's still sent to Nintendo and same goes for the Spotpass option.

Just checked, the latest seed from the iso site from a couple of weeks ago is still working. Honestly I'm a bit surprised Nintendo doesn't just have someone check that thread once a day for a new seed to immediately ban.

True. Although I honestly still don't know what "the iso site"'s actual name is, I don't really care, as there's an entire website entirely dedicated to having a private seed up at all times, uploading a new public one within 5 mins of the last one getting banned and I'm here wondering how Ninty can't just have someone reporting the new seed to them every time
