Hacking Need some help with my 3DS...

Hey all, so I'm in kind of a problem that I can't seem to solve rn. My 3ds doesn't have the Health and Safety app anymore(FBI overwrote it and that's gone too), I can't seem to get into System Settings either, I get a black screen. I have no backups, as I'm trying to return it to stock. I don't have my initial files for emuNand either, since I formatted my microSd and my system is at latest version. I don't know what to do, I just want to return to stock.

I had Luma and a9lh, but I used the safe a9lh installer to uninstall it

Yes. I can tell I'm at the latest version because I press the button combo(L+R+Up+A) and it takes me to the update screen, and it says I'm up to date.

It seems you're iut of luck. You will need to buy a DS Flashacrt and reinstall CFW to make your apps work again.

Would Cubic Ninja work as a port to HB? Also, what would I do when I get it back?

Both, (so that way it's like a regular, unmodded 3ds)
