Not yet it's still early days.Anything we could do besides dumping the binaries with it?
Installed to internal, but you can mod the db file and move them to external hdd if you prefer to use external.
IIRC the usb hdd feature was 4.5+ not 4.05... that may be why it is how it is right now.
great info as always mate, thanks for that ! mine is only a 500 gb launch day model and I wasn't too keen to invest in a new 2.5" for it when i have fspare usb ones available..... i will keep a close eye on developments, cheers
Mine is 500gb OG too mate.
You can buy a 9mm 2.5" hdd to swap, or try cram a regular 13mm 2.5" hdd in.
I just install the games I want to play now, and archive the ones I dont want as PKGs on an external 4TB.
500gb doesnt last long though lol.
oh that's an interesting thought, I could open up one of my usb 3.0 hdd's
the spare one I have it one of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00KWHJVCY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I will need to google and see if it will fit, fingers crossed
9mm is ideal, but a standard 13mm can be done.
In debug settings there is option to enable external hdd, I wonder if its just a matter of time before rebug or someone smart enables it properly on 4.05... or more likely we will all be updating to 5.x soon anyway and carrying on exploiting with native CEX USB support.
