To add compatibility with... ammm...Why would you even attempt this...?
I'm trying to use a sploit installer (oothax) but Luma3ds Rosalina doesn't allow me to.Why would you even attempt this...?
The main question is. WHY? There is homebrew launcher loader which is used in any sploits place.I'm trying to use a sploit installer (oothax) but Luma3ds Rosalina doesn't allow me to.

Use this. Is the best way to use Homebrew in Luma 9.0.I'm trying to use a sploit installer (oothax) but Luma3ds Rosalina doesn't allow me to.

Sorry, I should've specified why I'm doing this. I'm trying to install oothax so I can use it on my nonhacked 11.6 n3DS. I'm aware about the DSi method but I really don't want to perform a system transfer. The main question is. WHY? There is homebrew launcher loader which is used in any sploits place.

And what is your final purpose with Homebrew?Sorry, I should've specified why I'm ding this. I'm trying to install oothax so I can use it on my nonhacked 11.6 n3DS. I'm aware about the DSi method but I really don't ant to perform a system transfer.
If your looking to put cfw on the second console. OOTHax wont do it. There is a newer Dsiwarehax which you only need one console. you can see it https://gbatemp.net/threads/seedminer-single-system-dsiware-injection.495685/ for information on it.Sorry, I should've specified why I'm doing this. The 2.0.0 hbl doesn't support spoilt installers.
That, I have not 100% figured out yet. I figured I might as well at least be able to get to the homebrew menu on my n3ds before really doing anything. And what is your final purpose with Homebrew?

Well... then there is something I don't know how to answer. That, I have not 100% figured out yet. I figured I might as well at least be able to get to the homebrew menu on my n3ds before really doing anything.
Yeah, sorry for such a bland answer, I'll try lone wolf323's method then update on my current situation. Thanks for the replies so far!Well... then there is something I don't know how to answer.
how do I access the boot loader? (Sorry for the dumb questions)You should run it through a boot loader, not a chainloader.A chainloader will only temperarly patch the cfw to run resix, then when you reboot the 3ds it will go back to using the boot.firm on the root.
Use either ctrbootmanager or fastboot3ds.how do I access the boot loader? (Sorry for the dumb questions)
and yes fastboot3ds is a good replacement for B9S because its a modofied ver of B9SUse either ctrbootmanager or fastboot3ds.
I successfully installed fastboot, but how exactly do I access the boot loader. (Sorry, just really don't want to screw up...)Use either ctrbootmanager or fastboot3ds.
Just a quick remark... you can dump your OTP at any time via GodMode9. The bootroms are identical for *all* consoles out there (meaning: you can't really lose them). And, yeah, especially for a multi CFW setup, there's not much that would beat fastboot3ds. I may be a bit biased, thoughTry upgrading from b9s to fastboot3ds. Just be sure to dump your bootroms/otp first (press Start + Select + X when you boot your 3ds, note that there will be no message of any kind it will just silently dump them)
