ROM Hack Has anyone here played rockman exe 6 with the english patch?

I'm playing it now. But I have a few questions about it. I tried asking on that forum, but it appears to be dead now. At what point in the game do you get the beast link gate and e-reader mods? I'm confused. How do I unlock the e-reader card effects? Do I have to use codes or do I unlock it through the game play?

according to gamefaqs, to unlock it you need to defeat Forte SP at Graveyard Area 2 with all 5 Greiga Link Navis installed through their respective Navi Data Chips through a Beast Link Gate device.

about th e-reader mods, I think you can insert them whenever you want? You just need an emulator with a working e-reader functionality.

Yes it was. But capcom severely stripped the American version of the game. Tons of cool features that were in the Japanese version were cut out. So that's why people created an english patch for the game.
