@Kafluke I can give him my OTP.bin file right? /s

(Reference to the dude from YouTube that bricked a LOT of 3DS consoles by telling everyone to use his consoles OTP.bin file.)

How the heck can you think that ?? Youtube isn't a reliable source. otp.bin is console unique, for both 3ds and wii u, this means he can have all otp of all console on earth, only his file will work.

You can't do anything to fix your nand without otp.bin. if you have otp.bin you can fix with a teansy. You can dump a messed up seeprom and then repair it with @EyeKeys tools but ONLY if you have a otp.bin so you can decrypt it.

Without otp.bin your wasting your time
so is the slc/mlc dump from rednand not restorable? I know the OTP is needed to fix it manually, but just restoring both slc/mlc dumped from rednand should work right or am I missing something?

Those files are encrypted. The otp.bin provides the keys specific to your console needed to decrypt any other nand dumps. It's the single most important file to be backed up. You can't do anything with the other files to "fix" them if you don't have your console specific otp.bin. however, if you made dumps of slc and seeprom before CBHC there's no need to decrypt and fix anything. You can just flash them

I want challenge✌️ Will dig into and let yall know. Thanx @gamesquest1
Dude, if you couldn't follow basic directions, and understand the do's and don'ts with CBHC installed, then soldering, restoring the system with a nand backup, etc is probably not going to be successful for you;). Just dump that bricked Wii U, and pick up another one for $50-$60.

yeah that was my point though, without the otp he could just do a raw flash of both

but I guess he has he otp as stated above so he should be ok to get this fixed assuming his soldering skills are ok :)

I soldered cobra ode qsb, 2x ONEchip, MODBO etc..

First i need to buy teensy 2.0++ from ebay. That will take couple of days because bank wont transfer money on weekend on my credit card.

I wrote a guide for unbricking with teensy. There's another part you have to buy too. Voltage regulator. Look in my sig

oh yeah, I forgot to mention the otp.bin. you can use it on your computer to decrypt the slc and the slcmpt. it won't decrypt the mlc from what I remember. the tools may not be designed for that though. you can check out the file system of each dump. I did this myself. I haven't bricked my wii u though, and I play it every day. :D

why is my MLC.full only 7.766.016 GB is it because i have 8 GB console? I extracted it with sdio_nand_extractor from SD card.

slc.full is 524.288 KB
SLCCMPT.full is also 524.288 KB

i will follow @Kafluke guide

the mlc should be fine. however, the slc and slcmpt are wrong. each should be 540,672 MBs. the size difference is probably due to using redNAND's dump. it cuts off a portion for some reason. I think the mlc is okay though. I don't have an 8GN model to oompare. the 32GB model - its size can vary depending on the chip. I've seen 29.1 and 29.7GBs. the size of the 8GB model probably varies as well.
