Hi there, I want to trade in my all my generation 6 main games into EB Games.(X,Y,OR,AS)

So I was just wondering if they go off the same price as online if I have the case and instructions which I do.

https://ebgames.com.au/3ds-161086-Pokemon-Y-preowned-Nintendo-3DS

For example in the link above pokemon Y preowned is going for $36 on sale so does that mean I'll get $36 trade credit.
Someone please explain how this works!!

If it's anything like GameStop you'll probably get like 2 bucks per game.

come on, of course you wont get $36 for your pokemon games , you will probably get $10 or $15 if you level 4 with ebgames, that is how ebgames make profit. you can expect 40% less than their preowned sale pricing.

Absolutely DO NOT give these into EB Games, anywhere BUT. If they're running the same offers as Canada, they're only worthwhile offer is Trade 3 get it free depending on the games you give. Please don't give them your games.

yeah it kinda sucks they rip you off buy selling it for more then they pay you but thats hot they make a profit if you sell it another game you get the whole games value back. They are pretty much relieings on there customers to fall for it or other wise they would have trouble making money. problem is its going to take longer for some one to buy it then to trade it in.

Gamestop owns EB
I'm aware. ;)
Really the only time you should trade in a game to GameStop (and I guess EBGames) is if they have some special offer going where you can trade in 2 games to get a new game or get a discount on a new console or something similar, or maybe if the game is still relatively new. They don't pay terribly for games that are just a few months old, but games that are a few years old are worth nothing even if they're very popular ones.

Sorry, I need help again.
I don't care about the crappy trade in rates compared to Ebay.
I'm not allowed to sell my games for a profit anyway. No two ways about it so don't reply back and say to do it.

So my issue is I've spent all my money on a new xbox one s so I have no money left.
So I'm trading my old 3ds and ds and ps3 games to eb games.
I was just wondering with the pictures I have supplied (not working upload later) whether it's enough for $88. - Phone playing up connecting to computer so here is the list:
7 DS Games
7 3DS Games
3 PS3 Games.

Forgot to mention level 2 Eb World member so 10% increase and $5 credit which I haven't used.
If you can't tell me this does any one know the average per 3ds and ds game please.
(Sorry to ask so much but I've googled everywhere)

first off. How exactly would you be selling your games for profit? Most times its under what it normally is.
secondly. I dont think we can tell you anything about whether its going to be $88 or not. We are not EB / Gamestop. We cannot see or analyze the condition of each cart / disc that you have. The only way you are going to get a definite answer is to physically take them to a local store and see what EB appraises the games for.

Sorry didn't think of that but I only want a rough estimate based on people's past experiences.
P.S. the game cards and disks in very high quality condition. Also got the photos if you want to see (Only of cases)

Not sure what to say for them. Sounds like you have kept them in good condition. Either way, I do hope you get the best amount you are able to towards what your goal is for the games.

Have you ever done a trade and save at EB Games? And I've got a 10% more trade in value because of my level 2 eb world card.

Look, the easiest and most foolproof way of knowing is to either a) ring up your local EB and ask OR b) bring your stash to your local EB and make an enquiry. I mean, if you have the time to ask strangers online who have zero inside information, you may as well have gone to EB already unless you obtained your game in a shady way or something. It's hard to put an average estimate because each game is priced differently i.e. new popular AAA games will have better trade in value compared to old obscure ones.
