ROM Hack Problems with emulators

Hoi. I’m new here and i was just having a few problems with the emulators on 3DS CFW.

Most of them run at a very low framerate (20 FPS) and I’m not sure how to fix it. I used Genesis GX Plus and mGba. Both of them are very slow.

Any help in advance is always welcome thanks you! :)

For GBA use GBA injections idk about genesis
 
I've been on the temp for like a year now and I'm still not 100 percent sure what that iso site is. XD
google 3ds cia download and pick the one with iso in its address bar . . . i literally cant explain better than that (rules and all)

just skip emulators and stick to vc injections

there is Genesis forwarder that works super good and it looks like original vc injection it uses retroarc emulator and works on o3ds and new 3ds
 
@Konic64 For genesis, retroarch's picodrive works good on o3ds, for gba use TWLoader, which is a ds rom player with good compatibility, and is constantly updated, it also has a gameboy emulator built in as well as GBARunner2 that runs most GBA roms at full speed
