ROM Hack GB/GBC VC changing the borders?

Alright I'm trying to figure out how to edit it with no luck I've already gone through all the files that I can already like the layout.arc found nothing in there about it so if anyone knows how to edit it that would be fantastic.

Layout.arc is the border. I use Ultimate GBC Injector to make them.

I take a random GBC rom then make a GBC VC with a custom border. I then extract the CIA it made and copy the layout.arc from it to the game I want to use the custom border in.

It didn't work for me well I wanted to add it into a GB VC

Injecting GB requires ultimate GB Injector, GBC games require ultimate GBC Injector.

So far, I have not found a way to disable the led, which sucks as it shows though darker colored custom borders.
