The project is not ready, I have just some ideas, but I think I'll not be able to do this alone.
I only need a few persons, but with one of the following set of skills:

Programmer:
-Knowledge of the game
-Knowledge of the nes console and nes assembly(change/add codes)

Sprite designer:
-Ability of creating 8 bit sprites and fonts

Level designer:
-Ability of using level editors

Audio artist:
-Ability of creating 8 bit chiptunes working with nes apu

Let me know :)

You are free to try recruiting such a team, however to me this reads like the classic "I have ideas and can manage the team" type thing, which is something most people with skills that play in ROM hacking world tend to avoid like the plague. On the other hand some of the phrases you use show a knowledge of some of the things that go into this so I will entertain it a bit further.

If you want to try then
What are your ideas? Please do go into some detail about what you want. Pictures, diagrams, show your understanding the problems you want solved or maybe things you want done. It may be that you are asking something that can not be done, or done terribly easily, but better to figure that out sooner rather than later.
Have any aspects of them been tried before? Can you show me a video of them, a patch that I might play them for myself to gain some understanding? Do they exist in a more recent game?
Level editors are easy to use, like really easy these days. It might take you four hours to do something I could knock out in 15 minutes but show something. What about one of the game making programs that are out there in the world? Many will allow me to get an idea of what you might want.
I assume this audio wants to play at the same time as the game and not as a standalone thing (many of those amazing home made NSF files you can download from the internet use the whole NES CPU and would leave nothing for the game).

Thanks for the reply :)
I'll make an explanation of my ideas as soon as I have some more free time. My abilities are programming in 6502(like) assembly, and obviously using level editors and CHR editors, I just can't create 8 bit chiptunes, anyway I might be able to embed them in the game. And about the audio, I need sound effects and soundtracks, and that's a good point, it can't be really complex. Furthermore, while it's true that I can create sprites, I'm not a really good artist. As many of my ideas require much data to insert in the rom, and it's not possible with the original mapper, I think I'll convert the rom to MMC3.

Well if you do know 6502 that's far different from those 'I have ideas and can manage the team' thing. However, instead of making something new on one's own and then have the project die out quietly after a few years, there are better options like joining another person's existing project which has far more things already implemented, like my own SMB hack.
