How can I kill process DNS on ubuntu 17.10 ?

Hello ^^
I have ubuntu 17.10 and I want to use Pegaswitch, and when I want to launch it, I get issue Dns with the port 53.
I type this command :

sudo lsof -i tcp:0053

Normaly, I get the pid but nothing.... Why ?
 
Try using ps -u user, where user is your user and there you can check all the processes running by your user. If not, check ps -u sudo and you'll get another list and see if the process is running there.

I get a list with ps -u
then ? how can I know which process is the port 53 ?
