I'll have to take a look into its code.bin and compare it to Ultra Moon's code.bin for difference in each of their codes.

it's quite odd. iirc, sm code.bin are identical. or almost identical. at least they share all the same important offset...

The shiny rate its files for .1, .5, and 1% are actually the inverse type chart files. If you look at the files sizes, inverse type chart, and those 3 shiny rate edits are the same size (323 bytes), but all the other shiny rate files are smaller (17 bytes). Please fix.
