i suggest you give reinand a shot (its a lot more minimal and as such may not experience the box error) or at least a non-dev non-nightly version of luma (or even perhaps a newer nightly . . . there are reasons they build "nightly")

Go to GodMode9, go to SD, copy the luma folder. Go then to CTRNAND, rw and paste the folder here.

Do not know in which FW you are, but try a 11.5 CTRTransfer using Decrypt9, people find it better and solved some problems which looked like the same as yours.

The NAND might be fcked as you say, but not the rest.

Ah.... Do not know if we can downgrade using that method. Normally bootrom and all other things do remain unchanged except for NAND.

Try, it is 11.5. Do not think that changes are major.

But instead of GM9, use D9.
