1. plug your usb in and copy all content of the memory card to the usb device.
2. just pair the controller via usb; then, you won't need the usb cable.
3. see number 1. copy all content from the first usb drive to the larger, second usb drive. that's really all there is to it.

(the usb stick creates a heat issue, if your ok with that risk, then if your on 3.60 firmware, you install, "henkaku", then install "henkaku enso", then you install the "usbmc" plugin so that the usbstick is mounted on boot) (just unplug the usb stick power up so the controller is identified and then restart)

(please consider the SD2VITA and a MICRO SD, it does not create a heating issue with the vita..................check the mlthaku release thread, you will need a micro sd card, I can only verify a 128 sandisk official disk works..................the Raspberry PI 3 has a micro sd card compatibility list, you maybe able to use that for the vita, but, nobody cared enough to do one for the vita, anyway....................nonpdrm plugin for backups with a license is best way to ensure games load the resources properly..............mai dump is ok, but not the best way)

(its tough luck..........you can try the sony backup manager for your saves, but if you lose them, then just star over, its not a big deal, you will have no access to psn anyway, on 3.60, in a few months sony may even discontinue its support for the system like it did with psp so that means no games online play)

I'd suggest installing the vpk as is. you can rip the game with nonpdrm. copy and paste the content of the game to your memory card. then, launch the game with nonpdrm installed to create a fake license.
