Basically there's two ways to download it:

Wait, are you trying through the actual play store app or through the internet? If your doing it through the internet then look up the Australian play store since I think each store has a different link iirc
NVM, looks like it all goes through one link. Did you log out of your regular Google account before signing in on the new one? Or alternatively you could change the country in your already existing account:
It's only available on the Australian play store atm, English and American ones won't work. I'll try and see if I can get it to work with my phone in a second.
Reading up on it, looks like it's just easier to change the country in your already existing account and wiping all of the play stores data and force closing it.
No, your language should still be defaulted to German. Plus you can change your country back after you download the app.
