I actually managed to do it, but remember you need another hacked 3DS to use it. I'll link the file here later then restore the modified back up to install NTRBoot

did u get the one from ndscard? and i tried to use it with b9s 3ds it said card not supported

also after sdhc dual core 2017 will the cart be able to play nds games again?

You don't inject it you restore back up, btw the normal flasher doesn't work with SDHC cards
