When trying to load any mod on smash 4, the mod tries to load but crashes. It says "An exception occurred" and says data abort. I have tried to fix the problem, but to no avail. How can I solve the problem?

My smash version is 1.1.7
B9S: 1.2
luma: 8.1.1
smash selector: 2.4
mods: turbo'd usa-em neos 0.8.2

Does anyone know the answer?

I'm about retry using smash 4 1.1.6. Tell you if it works.

HEY! I got it fixed!

I fixed it! What you need to do is check the saltysd hash for the mod in smash selector. If it is the same hash, try running the game. If not then you can't use that mod without checking how to fix the hash. If this works, you can use Smash 4 mods on version 1.1.7 like me!

Thank you so much dude, ill try at home :creep:

There's a option in Smash Selector that says check SaltySD hash and if the hashes match up, you should be able to use the mod. But, if they don't, then you can't use the mod without a crash. The only problem is that you can only use one mod. Using any other mod will just boot to the original mod. BTW, to get the mods working, I had to make a folder named saltysd then make a folder named smash then put the mod files in smash.
