I saw a good deal online, $80 for a working Xbox One with cords. I really don't have a huge interest in consoles (except for Nintendo) because I can play most of the games on my PC, which I prefer to do anyway. Is there anything I can do with the Xbox One related to hacking or modding? I like messing around with consoles so this might be a good justification for my purchase. If not, I will still enjoy playing a few games on it anyway.

There is no current "Exploit" for the Xbox One. However what you can do is put your Xbox One into "Dev Mode" which will allow you to play homebrew games and run emulators such as PPSSPP, RetriX(Libretro Port), Nesbox, and many others. If Dev Mode sounds interesting to you I recommend checking out this thread I made here

As a side note because I get asked this all the time, putting your Xbox One into dev mode will NOT cause you to lose anything at all. All of your retail games will still be there. And switching back and forth between dev mode and retail mode is quite easy and fast. The process is very streamlined.

Cheers :yayone:

I think I'll do that, thanks for the information

Yeah, GameStop still wants $219 for the OG model. (Which isn't bad tbh.)
It’s kinda overpriced considering you can can an Xbox One S with a game for in and around the same price on eBay
But damn $80? That’s crazy, lowest I could fine on eBay was $150

Yes, I got it from eBay. I haven't received it yet. They said it's fully functional, tested and working. They have over 300 positive feedback, so I assume it's legit
