Hacking FBI is Frozen

I just updated to the most recent firmware to run the Fantasy Life NTR plugin, but the NTR plugin wasn't showing the Fantasy Life page so I assumed something must be wrong with the folder name for FBI. I went to FBI to check the CIA name code and now FBI is stuck in the loading screen. The top screen says "FBI" but the bottom screen is blank (white and blue). Is there anything I can do?

When you run NTR, open a game with a plugin, then switch to a different game/Homebrew, you cannot switch games or switch to another Homebrew app otherwise you get stuck on the game/app's loading screen. You have to shut down your system to fix this. This is a limitation of NTR and game plugins unfortunately and there's nothing else on your end that you can do to fix it. Your FBI is NOT broken.

None of the buttons are working to turn off the 3ds currently. Is there a way to manually force a shutoff? I've tried the power button already and it looks to be stalled.

Press and hold the power button to completely turn the system off. You just have to keep pressing the button until the screens go black and the LED lights go off.
