Which can be done at least two other ways already though..... I don't care about "bloat" personally unless it's some milling background program. If there is a feature I think is unnecessary I just don't use it; or the program, whatever Lol. Still wish people would stop making the same programs over and over though.....
be careful what you wish for. its still better than only one of everything.

Which I already said I appreciate other flavours of similar apps, but at the same time it would be nice to see something new and original; not a fork of something that doesn't really add much to it. Look at NTR Viewer, Kit-Kat, UWPStreamer, NitroStream etc.. If the feature list is longer in comparison to what is the same vs what makes them unique/more useful than the others, I would consider that more or less the same program.

What can your program do that this other one can't? If your answer is "nothing" then why would I use it over the other?

I'm not knocking the fork at all, I think it might be useful for lazies or the ones that have trouble with injection but it still remains the fact it doesn't do anything an existing program doesn't already.

Two glithcy and/or long methods .
if you don't like , don't use

I didn't plan to, but that doesn't mean I can't ask genuine questions about the program. I'm not in here saying, "Don't use this, it's utterly useless!" I'm respectfully criticizing the necessity of it; which any good dev would appreciate honest feedback. Please don't be one of those to get defensive and take an observational opinion as an attack. It isn't that serious.

Sorry but this is straight up bloat. I don't see why a cfw would need something like this when a tool like FBI already does it, and is constantly being updated.
which you can use through rosalina's 3dsx loader to install the cia version.
Sometimes FBI won't work from the homebrew launcher, so it would be an alternative to having to do a Health & Safety inject.

when does it not work though?
I don't know what the exact combination of circumstance is, sometimes it doesn't work. Happened at least twice, got them to redownload boot.3dsx from the guide, update Luma, etc and nothing worked. Apps just loaded a black or red screen. Told them to do a Health and Safety inject and they were fine.

It is not obsolete, is just another way to install a CIA Installer, even with the lastest version of GM9 is easy as they 3dsx method to inject an app onto H&S/AR Games.
everyone else (gm9 developer, luma devs, guide writer) would disagree that it's not obsolete. nobody ever liked the hacky and ugly method, it was just the best thing we had.

How do you declare something obsolete when its supposed successor doesn't always work as it should? Side note this is nice too because its one less icon on the home menu (not really that huge of a deal, but some people prefer their systems to look as retail as possible).

I've had it crash every time I tried to install something. To the point I just gave up. (With the 3DSX version. CIA works fine.)

Now I'm curious how many people use CIAs, because even after 3-6 temporary bans on my 3 N3DS XLs, I have not turned to the .3dsx route, and surprisingly it's not hindering me now, 30 days since my last unbanning. So this fork can serve me well, thanks for the option, "option" is the operative word.

I've had CIAs installed since CFW was a thing. I think you're being banned for some other reason.

That's a moot point now, again 30 days since my last unbanning, and I figured out what probably caused it. I bring up the CIA usage because of the banwave putting fear into people and them comes the .3dsx route through Luma and the new HB Menu thing.
