shit, that's about it besides a ds, I do wana get a vita or ps4 for sao and miku games
I had a PS3 for exclusives. I only ever got Uncharted 1-3 and Last of Us. I wish I had waited to pick one up later. Actually, now with that Playstation streaming service it might be cheaper to subscribe and play those few exclusives than buy a system.
I have 2 Vita's that I need to sell. I bought them and the largest memory card with plans to play it all the time. I probably played a grand total of 2 hours :-/ Most of that was using moonlight to stream from PC. Uncharted on it just seemed to lose its magic. There was no other game on it that actually appealed to me. Probably my biggest gaming purchase regret, but I'm too lazy to actually put them on ebay or craigslist.

So the gimped ports of third party ps4 games, and lackluster game library is the solution?
If they really wanted something on the go then they would get a windows tablet and stream from their pc or just get a gaming laptop.
I tried the streaming route. I had a gaming laptop, but it was too bulky. I want something I can put in my pocket and take with me places.
I tried an iPad and moonlight, but I couldn't ever get in a comfortable position to use it since you had to prop it up to play with a controller.
The best thing I had was an NVIDIA Shield Portable. When it worked, I really liked it. I could even stream away from home if I was somewhere with a decent Internet connection. The 2 problems I had was that some games the controls didn't work at all or didn't work right. I spent a lot of time messing with programs to map input for this. The bigger problem was that NVIDIA would push driver updates that broke the game streaming feature a lot. I got tired of messing with drivers and updates on the device. It became more of a chore than fun.
I've probably played my Switch 1% of the time actually docked and on the TV. It is mainly a handheld to me. I just got done playing some NBA 2K18 on it, and I think it looks great even at 720p. Sure, I'd like it to be 1080p, but it isn't that big of a deal to me on a handheld. For handheld I'm fine with the graphics being good enough and not great.
