Dude, the dynarec itself will take a little more time. I'm excited toó bit chill.
Exactly why is everyone getting so excited with that date. We are many months if not years away from dynarec on wiiu
 
Is there any way someone could add an updated list of working cores to the OP please, or a link to one would be cool thanks

Are MAME Romsets compatible with FBA?
I am wondering because I have both MAME 2003 and FBA downloaded, but I'm not even sure if they can both boot up the same ROMs or not.
 
Yes and a few well known wiiu homebrew devs have all said it will take a minimum of 6 to 8 months to make so it ain't happening anytime soon

But now that we have someone and a real bounty, it'll more than just simple talk about it. Before, no one was really working on it.

That is one of the main five points for the bounty to be considered successful.
Basically, once the main dynarec for x86, x64, ARMv7 and arch64 are done, the dynarec recompiler should be easily implemented into ARM and PPC architectures. All it takes is someone skilled enough with PPC and the Wii U to make it work. Quark already mentioned this before, and he said that main PPC architecture should be almost as easy as copy-paste, with only a few modifications to get it working on Wii U properly:

No they're different romsets. Some will probably work on both, but many/most won't.. better to grab both sets really.

That 6 to 8 month number was when we were adding dynarec support to Beetle from scratch, along with writing a full PowerPC dynarec to go along with it. I also hadn't looked at the r3000a's instruction set; which turned out to have far fewer instructions than I thought.

The current situation is that someone else is adding the support to Beetle, and @ploggy has found a PowerPC dynarec already written which should be easy enough to implement; with a similar process for the other platforms. There's a few WiiU specific problems that we're yet to come up with a solution for, but I'd expect to have PowerMacs running something a week or two after the other platforms are finished and merged. As for Wii U; we're looking at possible API changes so I wouldn't count on the paperwork getting done anytime soon.

Since we have vc injection to stuff and can now gamecube nintendont with gamepad,....u could always try to impliment the input adding to get wiisxr working for us as a "for now" fun time hahaha sorry, I'm just being crazy haha
