No, it dosn't needs >FW3.60. It's a game from 2014/2015 there was no Firmware above 3.60 back then. Maybe the game isn't dumped yet because the dumpers don't work with it or because no one cares or it even is already dumped and you just haven't found it.

I've been through loads of torrents and stuff that have hundreds of games and can only find references to the first game...

literally just did a google search and it was the 1st result. it is dumped

Is there a centralised list of undumped games? Ideally with firmware requirements, and notes for games that meet firmware requirements, but for whatever reason don't work.
