Hacking What files can I delete off SD card?

I have luma CFW installed on a N3DS. I have (hopefully) added pictures with all the files and folders on my SD card. Is it safe to delete any of these files? I am hoping to make some room on the card. Thanks

3. Follow the bottom part of the guide titled Section VIII - Cleanup SD Card

I followed this guide but when i do the final step clean up sd card when it cleans up it makes the card unusable(3ds won't power on until sd removed)

Do I have to delete any files? or can i just leave it as is without running sd clean up?
