Just Google "lasthax". It's all over the place. Also, "lasthax" isn't the actual name of the exploit. He just called it that to denote that it's going to be his last exploit.
Neat. If you want it then buy a compatible flashcart, and stop relying on forum speculation. Smea has the only known kernel exploit for 11.4/5, and it isn't going to be released until the 3DS's EoL.

i would have gotten a flashcart too but same reason as YTElias: money, also nowhere to be found (im in romania not uk idk why i put that there), also not many people here have 3ds, let alone flashcarts
