Yeah, because that happens so often with consoles.

i notice something that happened today after Gamestops website crashed for snes preorders, most of the leftover switch stock disappeared gone too, at least in my state. im assuming theyre stockpiling them for holiday bundles

Nah, they're just selling them as they get them. There will be several more manufacturing waves for Switch by the time the holiday season rolls around. Possibly a Mario-specific Switch with darker red/blue joycons. Maybe that's why they went with the brighter neon colors initially.

idk dude, they had a secret shipment stash last weekend that i felt corporate intentionally tried to hide with broken buttons and hidden banners on their website. The switch stock flew off fast though. i even called a bunch of the stores, when i called and told them gamestop was selling them individually for 299 all of them told me the red/blue were out of stock when the red/blue were listed in-stock online. They only sold me the gray ones, which is fine, however all the workers were whispering to me about the switch when there were a lot of customers shopping. i thought it was EFFFF'd up

Sounds like typical Gamestop bullshit. Wouldn't be surprising to see some units broken in transit, either.

I like to think that the the holiday discount I could have gotten, I already got from the discounts in amazon for new games :creep:

yea but i dont blame the workers, i bet theyre told not to mention to customers about the new nintendo switch stock yet. I was talking to them and they told me they had recieved some trade-in switch but can't legally sell them, see they dont advertise preowned switch yet, i bet theyre stockpiling them too for the holidays. It was just shady the entire way they were hiding it from customers, talking to me casually under lowered voices. They rang me up and the bagged the switch under the counter, hell i didn't get to see it until i had already paid for it and it was in the bag.

That's fucked up. Dude at the Gamestop that sold me my friend's Switch told me and her in advance when the shipment of new Switches would be arriving, and had the full boxed units stacked up in two separate pyramids (neon and gray) behind the counter when I arrived. Picked a gray, he handed it to me, I paid and was out the door. Seems like one of the few good GS employees I've seen.

damn when was this? at mine they hidden were under the counter lol

in the UK i dont see it decreasing at least not for another 2-3 years. The Wii U is still £250 here!

Actually with what is happening with Brexit, i wouldn't be surprised if the prices increased from £280 to £300.

But if the prices do go down then, do not expect anything lower than £260
