Surely it is similar to seeding items such as trees and rocks? I also came across some ID's for the public works projects and he said he's working with you and Rydog??

Nope, PWPs work differently to item IDs. Unlike back in Wild World, they are not an item.
I don't know who this person is nor have we personally worked with them.

The most extreme thing is putting unmovable objects like rocks, rafflesia, etc in peoples towns or on the online island.

Good lord, that music made my ears vomit.
You can still use the online seeder and the 4.0 beta. Just keep both versions of the plugin in the same folder on your SD card. It's not ideal but it's good enough for me because that's the one cheat I wasn't going to give up.

That's really not recommended, the game could, and probably will, run out of ram really easily which will end up crashing the game and breaking your save. it also slows down cheat execution ALOT. So just use one or the other to avoid problems really.

Out of the loop - is there now a cheat that allows you to set time to present and keep the town at its old state? Haven't played in months and I'm sure my villagers would move out / town would be filled with weeds if I played now.

Are the R+A codes not working as of now? Trying to use the Remove All Items code causes the game to freeze when trying to open a window/textbox/enter a building after using. Trying to restore RAM dumps froze the game as well.

Works for me when I use R+A to randomly faint.

edit: Actually, before I forget I wanted to say here that when I "faint" in a friend's town, they often say my character appears to be floating in the air afterwards. But on my screen I'm not, I'm just walking like normal.

Fainting still works as normal, weird you appear to be floating though...
