Homebrew Curious white light while starting Freeshop

So I haven't touched my 3DS in awhile. I went back on to check if I was banned yet. Not banned, btw.

So I start freeshop to see if anything interesting has popped up and it updates from 3.1.2 to 3.1.4. During that update,my notification light flashed white. What is this?

Since we gained access to that light several programs have started to use it, and I think I remember hearing that freeshop definitely used it.

Ah, so it's likely a freeshop feature then? I guess "new version detected"?

Yea. That's most likely it. It could also just be a download notification.
