No, it's not. It has less features than luma, it just gives you control over absolutely everything in the cfw.
you successfully proved my post right, by using exactly this sentence, thanks, luma is nothing against reinand also. reinand will be the first n3ds "cfw" forever, and I don't really care about its fork, also corbenik/skeith whatever name the dev is now using is still better.

How? How did I prove you right? And FYI, I used corbenik until a few weeks before it was discontinued. Luma just has way too many features for me to not switch to it.

This petty arguing derailing the thread wouldn't occur if those Luma crusaders had the notion of Hall who once said "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
I'm not denying anyone's right to speech, in fact I'm more than happy to engage in dialogue about the new features of luma.

It's when people bring up in completely unrelated threads "lol luma is shit" meme that I take offense.

I know, I check certain repos daily, but some people seem to forget that luma would not exist without reinand
Just because something came first doesn't mean it's the best...

By that logic we'd all still be using Gateway or Palatine because it came first right guys?

"Complete control" exactly what luma is missing. I don't see any great features on luma which I can't have on any other up to date patcher

As long as they're unobtrusive I don't see an issue.
Region free does indeed get in my way, since I use the launcher from 8.x on all my O3DS, and the region free patch causes "the black squares" (normally hidden apps becoming visible) on Home versions less of that bundled with 9.0 :)

While the few people that remember Puma33DS probably do so for the "Luma but with more options" logic, the first version I made didn't actually improve your freedom of choice - in fact, I had simply commented out a truckload of features I didn't want ;)

That's actually one of the first valid points I've seen for a while :P
