You need to have a dump of just the AppData in a .bin file. Then you can use amibac to "restore" the dump to your Amiibo.

Wolf Link should now work with the v2.0.0 update even if it's not initialized.

Reading comments I first thought it will only work on real amiibos ! But I tried it on NTAG215 and it worked just fine !

This will not change the character that the Amiibo is, just duplicates the data on it. (Like SSB attack value, bonuses, level, etc.)

Yeah, the 3DS can't make a difference between an NTAG215 and a normal Amiibo, if the tag is set up correctly, AFAIK.
