Your three options are:

1. Hardmod B9S installation allowing for CFW.
2. Smashbroshax, which can give you userland (non-CFW, low-permission) homebrew.
3. Update to 11.5, which allows you to use DSiWareHax and still the above options.

i have a hacked cfw 3ds xl and a sky 3ds cart and experience with cfw installation ............

there wasnt anything for this firmware it was blank ? and i think thoses games have been pulled from the eshop no ?

Like I said in my first post you have to update to 11.5 first since system transfers and accessing the eshop can only be done on 11.5. DSiWare game injection allows you to inject the exploitable game into other games still on the eshop.

You should use your CFW 3DSXL to follow this guide to install B9S and Luma3DS onto the OFW 2DS: https://3ds.guide/installing-boot9strap-(dsiware)

Your SKY3DS will not be used at all during this process. It's useless for this.
He has to update to 11.5 first, DSiWareHax can only be used on the latest firmwares due to the update requirement for the system transfer.

cool ill do it now thanks

cool now its on 11.5.0-38E

WAIT will i loose all my data on the sorce 3ds as my card gets formatted?
When you do a system transfer, the source 3DS will not lose its data because you will make a NAND backup of the source 3DS beforehand. After the system transfer, you will restore the NAND backup on the source 3DS, restoring it to how it was before the system transfer, minis its NNID, which you will have to restore later. You should also backup the contents of your SD card before doing the system transfer.

The target 3DS will lose all of its data.

haha my sorce sd is 64gb lol allmost full aswell :P fuck haha that will take a while to copy and the target 2ds is as far as im aware in a new state
