ROM Hack [REQUEST] Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer Save Editor?

So, we have a save editor for New Leaf, and I was wondering, do we have one for Happy Home Designer? If not, is it possible to create one?

I'm kind of at the point where I would look into making one but a) I'm a pretty lazy person. b) I'm bad at the whole hex editing idea, but due to free time, I'd be willing to give it a go. It's just an idea at current.
