Could You please kindly elaborate on the matter? I have only found the guide to apply homebrew on CFW. Other than that there is a guide on how to install "legit" CIAs on 3DS w/o custom firmware and as far as I know only on certian FW.

On 11.4 or 11.5 you need to look at https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(alternatives)
On the other one, if it is on 9.0.0 or higher with not too low of a browser version it can use SoundHax. https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax)
You only have to follow the one page, then you'll be able to use 3dsx files.

Those are both available on Freeshop. You have CFW. have you downloaded that yet?

Yes. But I'm not sure what kind of saves these are or how to import them - they were just on the root of the SD with all the other GW saves.

I remember I completed one of the Oracles and linked it to the other, so I was hoping to import if possible, but it's not something I'm losing sleep over.

So I have managed to install custom firmware on my old 3DS, I have copied my main Mii from my New 3DS to the old, CFW one, I gave him gold pants and moved him back to the NEW 3DS. But now I cannot use him in plaza. He is grayed out. My New 3DS runs on 11.5 firmware which doesn't seem to have any exploit at the moment.

With fusion mode being locked behind an amiibo for samus returns, can you unlock amiibo content without an amiibo (cheat codes/plugin etc)?

I already have some blank ntags, but would have to buy the reader for 3ds. Don't want to waste money on the reader if it can be done without using an amiibo at all. Searches for amiibo mostly just bring up nfc tag topics or topics about the legit ones.

Just update normally, or if the game is out of region, you'll have to find the update CIA and install it.

Can someone explaine me how I can create an emuNAND on a new 3DS xl with boot9strap and cfw 11.5 (Luma) ? Also how i can seperate sysNAND and emuNAND. I know most people are telling me that there is no need for an emuNAND anymore, but I feel more save to have one.

I don't think any consoles brand new have 11.4 except the N2DSXL so you don't need to worry.

It's better not to have one, since if you do you may have troubles with your NNID, and you will have to install GBA and DSiWare on both sysNAND and emuNAND for it to work. And it takes up room on your SD card. And your system will crash and your SD card may corrupt if the SD card comes out while the system is on (since the system memory is stored on the SD card with emuNAND). There's no bad thing that can happen where if you have an emuNAND you're safe and just sysNAND you're not. It must not have been brand new. That is the first I heard of a brand new system on 11.4.

To transfer, both systems have to be on the latest firmware.

I opted to use card from 2ds for n3ds cause it was bigger. I'm confused about how to get the actual HB launcher etc back on 2ds. I know 2ds is still hacked, but what files do I need to put back on the new memory card etc? Hope that makes sense.

An emunand is completely pointless with Boot9Strap unless you're using a CFW without firm protection (which Luma has).

Just copy the files to both SD cards dude, then use TikShop on your N3DS to get your installed games back, and restore a NAND backup on the 2DS and you'll be good to go.

If the other one isn't big enough to hold all the data from the other, then you can just copy the "boot.firm" from the root of your SD card, to the other one to load Luma.
