Now that all the badges have been released is there a save file or save editor to get all the badges?
I don't want the custom ones only legit ones thanks.

Use GTYB. It can also inject legit badges.

It won't be in the correct categories. All the badges will only be in 'all badges'.

As far as I know, you cannot have a "full save file", due to the fact that the Badge Arcade treats badges like DLC and will remove non-legit ones when you open it, and the 3DS home menu is restricted to 1000 badges max.

I believe that would technically be again gbatemp rules, but you can get custom badges from 3dsthem.es.
